What the rule says
Chicago code Chapter 9-68 creates special residential-permit and event-day restrictions around Wrigley Field (Zones 383 and LV2), United Center, Soldier Field, and Rate Field (Comiskey). On athletic-event days those blocks are permit-only or restricted even if a meter is present. Do not treat a Wrigley-adjacent meter as a normal downtown meter on game day. Enforcement: Event-area RPP. Rate: Permit or posted event rule. Limit: Event RPP.
