What the rule says

Downtown mobility lanes ban parking 7–9am and 4–6pm on marked streets (tow). Game nights at Minute Maid / Toyota Center drive private garage surge pricing; on-street still follows the posted pay-station hours unless a special-event bag or sign is up. Commercial red meters are $5/hr. Enforcement: Mobility-lane tow + ParkHouston. Rate: Posted; commercial $5/hr.
