What the rule says

To dispute you must appear in person at 231 E Forsyth St Suite 424 within 15 days and complete a notarized Court Appearance Agreement. No phone/online court set. After 15 days a $10 late fee and you waive hearing rights. After 30 days +$15. After 40 days 40% collection. Enforcement: Administrative / county court.
