Wells Fargo / Lincoln Financial / Citizens Bank: PPA event controls

What the rule says

South Philly sports complex event nights add PPA garage event rates and street no-parking / bus-lane controls. Center City meter rates ($4 Core / $3.50 Area) do not themselves flip for a Sixers game, but the blocks around the complex will. Always read the kiosk for that block. Rate: Posted PPA event / no-parking.
