Verified sourceActiveVerified 45d ago
What the rule says
Meter regulations follow posted hours. meterUP only charges during enforced hours — if you park across a 6pm free-start, it stops charging at 6pm. City observes several free-meter holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Christmas and others). Always read the kiosk and curb signs; street cleaning and RPP are separate. Enforcement: PPA PEOs patrol 24/7 for other violations.

Quote this rule's source link in your appeal — an officer's word against a city page rarely wins.
