Tiered rate $3 / $4.50 / $6 per hour

What the rule says

Effective Jul 1 2025: Tier 1 base $3.00/hour for the posted short-stay window (1+, 2+, or 3+ hours). Tier 2 $4.50 for the next hour. Tier 3 $6.00 each hour after that. Designed to push long stays into garages. Some long-term meters cap at a $7 or $10 flat after 3 hours until closing. Rate: $3.00 then $4.50 then $6.00. Limit: No hard cap on tiered meters.
