Park Smarter; $0.35 card fee

What the rule says

Pay at the meter (Visa/MC/Discover or coins) or via Park Smarter on meters with the blue sticker. City does not use QR codes for payment. From Nov 1 2025 a $0.35 vendor transaction fee applies to all credit-card payments (meter, app, text). Coins avoid the fee.
